Become a game developer
MTN Gaming Academy
Hands-on, in a working studio, on real games. The Leti Arts internship, now with MTN Ghana.

What is the MTN Gaming Academy
The MTN Gaming Academy is the Leti Arts internship, run with MTN Ghana. You join the studio behind Karmzah, Sweave and Puzzle Scout and work on real projects alongside the team.
No filler tasks and no watching from the sidelines: you leave with games you helped build and the skills that got them shipped.
Who it’s for
Young Ghanaians who want to make games: developers, designers, artists, animators, writers and marketers.
We aren’t looking for perfect CVs. We’re looking for the right mindset: curious, quick to learn and keen to finish what you start.
A seat in the engine room
Most internships offer a seat at the table. We offer a seat in the engine room.
The only way to master game development and digital storytelling is to get your hands dirty in the systems that power them.
